Banana nut bread
- 170g of flour
- 110g of sugar
- 1,5 teaspoon of baking powder
- 1 teaspoon of bicarbonate
- 3 riped banans
- 60g of butter
- 1 tablespoon of milk
- 2 eggs
(Preheat the oven to 165°C)
Mix 150g of flour with the sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
Add the mashed bananas, butter and milk. Beat gently until smooth then vigorously beat 2 minutes. Add eggs and the remaining flour and mix well. Grease the bottom of a cake pan and pour into the dough.
Bake in the oven at 165°C for 55 to 60 minutes
Fizz violette cocktail
- 1 1/2 shot of Gin
- 1/4 shot of violet cream liquor
- 1 shot of freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1/2 shot of cane sugar syrup
- 1 shot of whipped cream
- 1 shot of egg white
- Fill with seltzer water siphon
Vigorously dry shake the first 6 ingredients without ice to foam the mixture. Add ice to the shaker, shake again and filter into the cooled glass (without ice). Fill with seltzer water in the siphon.
