
Candlemas special edition: Adios cocktail and passion fruit crêpes.
Passion fruit crepes

- 240g of flour
- 3 eggs
- 2 tablespoon of sugar
- 2 tablespoon of oil
- 40g of melted butter
- 48cl of milk
- 4 cl of rum

Put the flour in a bowl and form a well. Add the eggs, sugar, oil and butter. Mix gently with a whisk gradually adding the milk til you obtain a slightly shick liquid consistency.

Heat a non stick skillet and oil it very lightly. Pour a ladle of dough into the pan, spread it in the pan and wait until it is cooked on one side before turning it.
Adios cocktail

- 3/4 shot of coffee liquor
- 3/4 shot of tequila
Carefully pour the coffee liquor and tequila in layers in the cooled glass.
